# About QIEDEX

A recent trend in the cryptocurrency world is the development of decentralized exchanges (DEXs). A DEX is a digital asset exchange that is not centralized, meaning it is not under the control of a single entity. Instead, a DEX is typically run on a decentralized network such as a blockchain. One of the main advantages of a DEX is that it is much more difficult for hackers to target, as there is no central point of attack. One of the most popular DEXs is the QIE DEX, which is built on the QIE blockchain.

QIEDEX is a new and innovative Decentralised Exchange to trade cryptocurrencies. This exchange is different from traditional exchanges because it is decentralized, meaning that there is no central authority or middleman. This means that users can trade directly with each other without having to go through a third party. This also makes the QIE Decentralized Exchange more secure, as there is no central point of failure. The QIE DEX offers a variety of features, including a user-friendly interface, Swapping, Staking, Liquidity, Token creation, minting and many more.

If you're looking for a safe and secure way to trade cryptocurrencies, a decentralised exchange like the QIE DEX may be the right choice for you.\

# Features

If you're looking for a decentralised exchange that offers a variety of features to support your trading, then you should check out QIEDEX. Here are some of the things that make QIEDEX a great choice for decentralised trading:

* Swapping/Trading
* Liquidity Pools
* Stake
* Token Creator

# Swapping/Trading

Now you can trade your tokens in an instant without having to wait for an order to be filled. QIEDEX makes it easy to trade your tokens in an instant. With our swapping feature, you can quickly and easily convert your tokens into different currencies. This makes it ideal for those who want to trade in multiple currencies or who want to take advantage of fluctuating rates. Simply connect your wallet, select the token you want to swap, and our system will automatically find the best available rate. This is a great way to get the most out of your tokens and quickly trade them for other ones you may need.

### Conditioning

* 0.3% commission in swap currency for liquidity providers over DEX
* Trading fee amount will be distributed among liquidity providers in proportion to how much the liquidity provider contributed to the pool.

# Liquidity Pools

If you want to swap tokens on QIEDEX, you need to make sure there is enough liquidity for those tokens. Liquidity is important for exchanges because it allows them to function smoothly. If there is no liquidity, it will be difficult, expensive, or even impossible to swap tokens. Providing liquidity on QIEDEX will get you LP tokens, which will earn you rewards in the form of trading fees. So if you want to trade on QIEDEX, make sure to add liquidity to the pool!

# Stake

Staking QIE coin offers users an exciting opportunity to earn passive rewards through the QIEDEX ecosystem. By locking their QIE coins for a period of 365 days, participants can receive QIEdex tokens as staking rewards. This long-term staking program is designed to support network growth and reward community members who commit to the platform’s vision. During the staking period, users continue to benefit from QIEDEX's expanding utility and token value, while contributing to the overall stability and decentralization of the ecosystem. At the end of the 365-day term, stakers will be able to claim both their original QIE coins and the earned QIEdex tokens rewards.

### Conditioning

* Staking amount is locked for 365 days

# Token Creator

Tokens are fully QIE20-compliant variable functionalities Tokens. Use the QIE Token factory templates to mint your very own token at the click of a button. Your token will be shown favourably in the QIE minter module and bypass the need for an audit on the token contract itself. Anyone can query our token mint factory with your token address to see if your new token is a valid, safe, and QIE20-compliant token.

### Conditioning

No conditions for minting or creating your token, users can simply select the type of token they wish to create with their required functionalities.

# Token Specs

* No mint function
* No owner/admin functions
* No unsafe code in the token contract itself
* Fully QIE20 compliant
* Fully decentralised

##

# Token Types Base

### Base QIE20

#### # QIE20 Fixed Supply Token

Fixed supply tokens have a total supply that is set when the contract is created and cannot be changed. This is the most common type of token.

#### # Minting & Burning Token

Minting/burning tokens have a total supply that can be increased or decreased by the creator of the contract. This is done by "minting" new tokens and "burning" existing ones.

### Reflection

#### # Standard Token

Standard tokens are the most common type of token. They represent a unit of value on a blockchain and can be traded on exchanges.

#### # Liquidity Generator

Token Liquidity Generator tokens are designed to provide liquidity to a blockchain. They are often used to incentive users to hold or trade a certain asset.

#### # Baby Token

Baby Tokens are a type of token that is used to represent a fraction of an asset. They are often used to help people trade large amounts of assets without having to hold the entire amount.

#### # Buyback Baby Token

Buyback Baby Tokens are a type of token that is used to represent a fraction of an asset that can be bought back by the issuer. They are often used to help people trade large amounts of assets without having to hold the entire amount and to provide a way for the issuer to buy back the asset.

# QIEDEX Contracts

### QIEDEX Factory

Factory is the core of the protocol and is responsible for creating new pair contracts. The QIEDEX Factory is a smart contract that allows you to create QIEDEX liquidity pair contracts. With this factory, you can add liquidity to any QIE20 token that has an active pair. This makes it easy to get started with QIEDEX and to keep your liquidity pools up to date.

### QIEDEX Router

Router defines how trades are being carried over different pair contracts (pools) - how many hops, which tokens, etc. but cannot change the core logic - only how trades are routed The QIEDEX Router is the primary "back-end" for the QIEDEX interface, allowing for the trading of QIE20 tokens as well as the addition and removal of liquidity. This makes it an essential tool for anyone using the QIEDEX platform. New routers can be deployed, and they are not associated with the exchange; optimizing routers leads to a more efficient trading price impact.\

# How to Trade

## 📘 QIEDEX User Guide

Welcome to **QIEDEX**, a decentralized exchange (DEX) with some custom features specific to the **QIE ecosystem**. This guide will help you understand how to use QIEDEX step by step.

***

### 🧩 Overview

QIEDEX has 4 core sections:

1. **Native Swap** – Swap between native QIE coin and WQIE token (wrapped QIE).
2. **Add Liquidity** – Provide liquidity using **WQIE** and **QIE-20 tokens or QIE-20 tokens to QIE-20 tokens.**
3. **Swap** – Trade any QIE-20 token with another QIE-20 token (using WQIE if necessary).
4. **Add Token** – Add your custom QIE-20 token to make it available for swap and liquidity features.

***

### 🔁 1. Native Swap (QIE ↔ WQIE)

#### Purpose:

* Convert **QIE (native coin)** to **WQIE (wrapped QIE token)** and vice versa.
* Required because QIEDEX operates with **tokens only**, not native coins.

#### Steps:

1. Go to the **Native Swap** section.
2. Select **QIE → WQIE** (or WQIE → QIE).
3. Enter the amount you want to convert.
4. Confirm the transaction in your wallet.

✅ Now you have **WQIE**, which can be used for swapping or providing liquidity.

***

### 💧 2. Add Liquidity

#### Note:

* Liquidity can only be added between **WQIE** and **QIE-20 tokens or QIE-20 tokens and QIE-20 tokens.**
* **QIE native coin cannot be used directly**. Convert to WQIE first.

#### Steps:

1. If you only have QIE, first go to **Native Swap** and convert it to WQIE.
2. Go to the **Add Liquidity** section.
3. Choose **WQIE** and another **QIE-20 token**.
4. Enter the amounts you want to provide.
5. Confirm the transaction in your wallet.

✅ You are now providing liquidity and earning a share of swap fees.

***

### 📤 Remove Liquidity

#### Note

* Liquidity can only be removed from existing liquidity pools you have already provided to.
* You will receive both tokens back based on your share of the pool.
* Removing liquidity may be affected by slippage depending on pool conditions.

#### Steps

1. Go to the **Liquidity** section.
2. Select the **Remove** tab.
3. Choose the liquidity pair you want to remove.
4. Use the **LP Value** slider to select how much liquidity you want to withdraw (0–100%).
5. Review the token amounts you will receive, displayed after selecting the LP value.
6. Adjust **slippage tolerance** if needed.
7. Confirm the transaction in your wallet.

✅ **Your liquidity is removed and the underlying tokens are returned to your wallet.**

***

### 🔄 4. Swap (QIE-20 ↔ QIE-20)

#### Note:

* Swapping works between **QIE-20 tokens only**.
* If you want to swap QIE (native coin), first convert it to WQIE using **Native Swap**.

#### Steps:

1. Go to the **Swap** section.
2. Choose the token pair (e.g. WQIE ↔ MyToken).
3. Enter the amount you want to swap.
4. Confirm the transaction in your wallet.

✅ You’ve successfully swapped your tokens.

***

### ➕ 5. Add Token

#### Important:

Only tokens added through this section will appear in **Swap** and **Add Liquidity** options.

#### Steps:

1. Go to the **Add Token** section.
2. Enter your **QIE-20 token contract address and verify**.
3. Add logo and Submit.

✅ Your token is now visible and usable in QIEDEX.

***

### 🔄 Summary Workflow

**To Swap or Add Liquidity with QIE coin:**

1. Go to **Native Swap**.
2. Convert **QIE → WQIE**.
3. Use WQIE in the **Swap** or **Add Liquidity** section.

***

### ℹ️ Notes

* **WQIE** is a wrapped version of QIE (1:1 value).
* All trading and liquidity interactions use **WQIE + QIE-20 tokens**, not QIE directly.
* Make sure your token is added via **Add Token** before using it.

# How to Bridge Stablecoins

### Overview

This guide walks you through the process of bridging **USDC** and **USDT** stablecoins between the **Ethereum** network and the **QIE Mainnet** using our custom-built cross-chain bridge. Since QIE doesn't natively support stablecoins, we've enabled support through a **wrapped token mechanism**, maintaining a **1:1 peg** between the original and wrapped assets.

#### ✅ Supported Stablecoins

| Ethereum Token | QIE Representation |
| -------------- | ------------------ |
| USDC           | `wUSDC.eth`        |
| USDT           | `wUSDT.eth`        |

***

### 🔁 Bridge Flow Overview

Our bridge operates by **locking** tokens on Ethereum and **minting wrapped equivalents** on QIE. On return, the wrapped tokens are **burned on QIE**, and the originals are **released** back on Ethereum.
